Established in 1997, James Morrison Constructions has quickly acquired a reputation as a leader in the field of
quality home-building and renovation.

From the outset, founder James Morrison’s philosophy has been one of achieving optimum results with a minimum of anxiety.
To this end, the overriding emphasis for all work has been on quality and attention to detail, while keeping a close eye on the
individual client’s financial limitations and time constraints.

Hand-picked teams of skilled tradesmen and sub-contractors are the driving force behind the company’s success in meeting the
aims of a long list of satisfied clients. ‘I draw inspiration‘ says James, ‘from the ambitions of my clients. Each new project brings
fresh challenges; each new client, a unique vision for the ideal home. JMC’s role is to turn those dreams into reality.‘

He attributes his success in doing this, in large measure, to an insistence on transparency at every stage of the project. ‘If we don’t
engage honestly with the client, the architect; designers, consultants, tradespeople, it isn’t going to work. Whether it’s an
architect-designed home, a bespoke renovation; landscaping, a swimming pool, the same principal applies. There needs to be
mutual confidence, for things to turn out right.‘
